We will respond to customer needs in the first time. We have a complete after-sales process. When any product quality problems occur, our international after-sales team provides timely and professional after-sales services, including problem diagnosis, remote guidance, repair/replacement of boards, repair/replacement of hosts, installation, and after-sales training wait.

All products enjoy a 12-month host warranty service from the date of delivery, and a 6-month warranty period for accessories.

1. If the product failure is within the warranty period if the repair or replacement of the panel or the whole machine is required, the customer shall bear the freight for returning the materials, and creative shall bear the freight for sending the repaired or new materials.

2. If the product failure is out of warranty, the customer bears the repair fee and shipping cost of returning the material, as well as the cost and shipping cost of purchasing new material.

Creative supports multiple shipping methods. Express transportation is mainly based on DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Larger orders also support air or sea shipments. If you have a forwarder in China, you can also let the forwarder come to the factory to pick up the goods.

Bulk orders typically ship within 10 business days if the item is in stock (Saturday and Sunday are not business days). The delivery date of the product is accurate.
