Research and development is at the heart of a high-tech company.
Most of Lepu R&D center is composed of product center and technology R&D center. There are 11 secondary departments. There are more than 150 R&D personnel, 20% of whom have a master's degree in biomedicine.
Lepu insists on spending more than 20% of its annual income on research and development to ensure rapid launch of products and continuous optimization of product quality. R&D personnel account for 33.3% of the company's total employees, 65% of which come from first-class universities.
With unremitting efforts, Lepu's products have served more than 30,000 medical institutions and social service institutions in 100 countries, serving more than 200 million patients every year.
